NXT’s Next Breakout Stars in 2018?: Chaotic Wrestling (CW)

Published

on

Chaotic Wrestling (CW) is one of the most well known independent wrestling promotions in the United States today where the company is well known for their brawling and technical wrestling.

Last year, William Regal and Oney Lorcan went to CW to scout talent as well as hold a tryout session in CW. Usually, this type of stuff doesn’t happen so this could be an indication that a relationship between CW and NXT is in the works. With several stars coming from CW to NXT such as Sasha Banks, there are some talents within CW that could be looked up in NXT in the near future.

This list won’t contain wrestlers that competed in NXT or the developmental territory of WWE in the past so please keep that in mind.

Now, it’s time to see which five wrestlers from CW I think NXT will pick up or I want NXT to pick up in 2018.

Honorable Mentions: Adam Booker, Ashley Vox, Brick Mastone, Christian Casanova, Davienne, Elia Markopoulos, Josh Briggs, Mike Verna, Mikey Webb

5. Cam-An Connection

Anthony Greene and Cam Zagami, Cam-An Connection are one of the rising tag teams in CW today who are well known for their characters and charisma in the ring.

With four years as a tag team, these two have been CW Tag Team Champions with their great chemistry, their good characters, good charisma, and good in-ring abilities.

I don’t know if NXT has an interest in them or not, but if they’re looking for more tag teams in NXT, Cam-An Connection would be a nice addition in the NXT Tag Team division. It’s only a matter of time when Cam-An Connection gets more recognition on the main stage.

4. Scotty Slade

From North Providence, Rhode Island, Scotty Slade is a man that is original and that guy in CW who is well known for his in-ring ability.

With thirteen years of wrestling experience, this original of a man is looking to make his mark and name in the wrestling business. With his unique look, solid character, solid charisma, and good in-ring ability, he would be a nice addition to the singles or tag team division in NXT.

When William Regal came to CW last year, he had his eyes on Scotty Slade so it seems like NXT does have some interest in him, but haven’t contacted him since then. If NXT is still interested in him, he would be that guy in NXT.

3. Logan Brothers

Bryan and Matt Logan, Logan Brothers are one of the best tag teams in CW today who are well known for their brawling and hardcore style in the ring.

With fourteen years as a tag team, these two have been CW Tag Team Champions eight times with their excellent chemistry, their solid characters, solid charisma, and great in-ring abilities.

I don’t know if NXT has an interest in them or not, but if they’re looking for more tag teams in NXT, Logan Brothers would be a nice addition in the NXT Tag Team division. It’s only a matter of time when Logan Brothers would show their dominance on the national stage.

2. Chase Del Monte

From Lowell, Massachusetts, Chase Del Monte is a veteran in CW who is well known for his work in character, charisma, and his brawling skills in the ring.

With thirteen years of wrestling experience, this veteran will do whatever it takes to be on top of the mountain. With his great look, good character, great charisma, and great in-ring ability, he would be a great contender in the NXT Championship picture.

Just like with Scotty Slade, William Regal had his eyes on Chase Del Monte when he came to CW last year so it seems like NXT does have some interest in him, but haven’t contacted him since then. If NXT is still interested in him, he would be a valuable player in NXT.

1. JT Dunn

From Providence, Rhode Island, JT Dunn is pro wrestling’s savior and has been for almost a past decade especially during his time in CW as he is known for his striking and technical ability in the ring.

With eight years of wrestling experience, this man is willing to risk his body in order to be pro wrestling’s savior. With his unique look, good character, good charisma, and excellent in-ring ability, he would be a great addition in either the NXT Championship picture or be placed in a tag team in the tag team division of NXT.

I don’t know if NXT has an interest in him or not, if they’re looking for well-experienced wrestlers in their roster, JT Dunn would be that man that he is here to save professional wrestling.

That is my top five wrestlers from CW who I think/want to be in NXT in 2018. Which wrestlers from CW would you like to see in NXT in 2018? Let me know in the comment section below.
