E3 2018 Square Enix, Ubisoft, and Sony Press Conferences and Trailers

Here are the details of the Square Enix, Ubisoft, and Sony Press Conferences on June 11, 2018.

This will also include game trailers and the conferences.


Square Enix:

Shadow of the Tomb Raider

The reboot of the Tomb Raider’s continues with Shadow of the Tomb Raider and it’s set to be released on September 14, 2018. Here’s a gameplay demo for the game.


Final Fantasy XIV x Monster Hunter World

A crossover of Final Fantasy XIV and Monster Hunter World and it’s planned to be released in Summer 2018.


The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit

The spin-off game of Life is Strange and it will be available to download for free on June 26, 2018. Here’s another trailer for the game.


Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age

The next game in the Dragon Quest series is coming to PlayStation 4 and PC on September 4, 2018. Here’s a trailer for the game.


Babylon’s Fall

A new game developed by Square Enix and Platinum Games where it’s planned to be released in 2019. Here’s a trailer of the game.


NieR: Automata BECOME AS GODS Edition

The popular game that was released last year on PlayStation 4 will finally come to Xbox One on June 26, 2018. Here’s another trailer for the game.


Octopath Traveler

This upcoming turn-based role-playing game developed by Nintendo is set to be released on July 13, 2018, and it will be coming to the Nintendo Switch.


Just Cause 4

The sequel to Just Cause 3 has arrived and it’s a lot crazier than ever and it’s planned to be released on December 4, 2018. Here’s a presentation of the game in further detail.


The Quiet Man

A brand new game developed by Square Enix and more information will be planned to be released on Augst 2018.


Kingdom Hearts III

This action role-playing game will finally be released on January 29, 2019, and here’s another trailer of the game.

Ubisoft:

Just Dance 2019

The most popular dancing game is back with another with a new song list and here’s a stage performance from Ubisoft on the game itself. The game has no release date as of yet.


Beyond Good & Evil 2

Beyond Good & Evil 2 will have the following trailer:

  • Characters from the first game are looking to make a return which includes Jade
  • Joseph Gordon Levitt’s company, HitRecord, is helping Ubisoft with the development of this game in terms of music and images so expect great quality of the game in those aspects


Rainbow Six Siege

The very popular tactical shooting game developed by Ubisoft Montreal will have tournaments throughout this year and next year. Here’s the announcement about the news.

Trails Rising

A new Trials game developed by Ubisoft where there will be a closed beta testing available on their website. The game is set to be released in February 2019.


Tom Clancy’s The Division 2

Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will have the following:

  • The game will have raids and new specializations
  • The game’s DLC will be for free and it will be released on the same year of the release date which is March 15, 2019


Mario + Rabbids Battle Kingdom: Donkey Kong Adventure

The DLC of the turn-based tactical role-playing game is set to be released on June 26, 2018, which involves Donkey Kong and here’s a trailer for it.


Skull & Bones

Skull & Bones will have the following:

  • A pre-launch beta has announced the game, but no release date was announced
  • Hunting Grounds mode that features a PvPvE
  • The game is set to be released in 2019


Transference

A creepy game developed by Elijah Wood from Ubisoft as the game is set to be released in Fall 2018.


Starlink: Battle for Atlas

A new sci-fi toy game developed by Ubisoft where it’s coming on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on October 16, 2018.

For the Nintendo Switch version, Fox McCloud from Starfox will be in the game where you can check the trailer of that right here.


For Honor

For Honor will have the following:

  • A breach mode which is a 4v4 mode which is set to be released on October 16, 2018
  • A new faction will be added named The Wu Lin, a Chinese fighting force and that will also be released on October 16, 2018
  • People can get the game for free for a limited time from June 11 to June 18, 2018, on Uplay


The Crew 2

The racing game from Ubisoft has an open beta which can be played for free on June 21, 2018, and here’s a trailer of the game.


Assassin’s Creed Odyssey

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will have the following:

  • The game will let you play as either a male or a female assassin
  • The setting will take place in Ancient Greece
  • The game is set to be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 5, 2018
  • The game can be played early, but only if Physical Gold or Ultimate Edition is bought which costs extra
  • The story takes place right after Assassin’s Creed Origins
  • The game will also have branching dialogue choices

Sony:

The Last of Us Part II

Part II of this action-adventure survival horror by Naughty Dog was given and here’s a gameplay trailer of the game.


Call of Duty: Black Ops 4

The game will change its way on how to deal with DLC by having a Black Ops pass which allows releasing content faster than before. In addition, Call of Duty: Black Ops III is available to download for free for PlayStation Plus members from June 11 to July 11.


Days Gone

A new action-adventure game developed by SIE Bend Studio and it’s set to be released on February 22, 2019.


Twin Mirror

From the creators of Life is Strange, despite no release date for the game, here’s a trailer for it.


Ghost Giant

A whimsical PlayStation VR adventure from Zoink and no release date has been confirmed yet, but here’s a trailer for it.


Beat Saber

The virtual reality rhythm game created by Czech-based indie studio Hyperbolic Magnetism will be released in PlayStation VR later this year and here’s a trailer of the game.


Destiny 2: Forsaken

The sequel to Destiny is planned to be released on September 4, 2018, and here’s a trailer for the game.


Ghost of Tsushima

This new game developed by Sucker Punch Productions has no release date as of yet, but here’s a gameplay trailer of the game.


Control

A new game developed by Remedy and Alan Wake and despite no release date for the game, here’s a trailer for it.


Resident Evil 2

A remake of one of the classic Resident Evil games has been made and it’s set out to be released on January 25, 2019.


Trover Saves the Universe

A game created by Justin Roiland and despite no release date announced, it will be coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR. Here’s a trailer for the game.


Kingdom Hearts III

Kingdom Hearts III will have the following:

  • A special edition of Kingdom Hearts III for the PlayStation 4 Pro will be available on January 29, 2019
  • Pirates of the Carribbean will make a return to Kingdom Hearts III


Death Stranding

This upcoming action game by Kojima Productions has another trailer and despite no release date of the game yet, an epic trailer was seen.


Nioh 2

The sequel of Nioh is on the works and despite no release date for the game, here’s a teaser of it.


Marvel’s Spider-Man

The popular superhero from Marvel has been given another trailer and it’s set to be released on September 7, 2018.
