WWE officially signs first-ever Chinese talent to WWE Developmental contract

WWE, in their continual effort to expand their global talent pool, has made history with the signing of their first Chinese competitor to WWE. Bin Wang, 22 years of age, marks the first Chinese athlete to ever gain a WWE contract.

Bin Wang has spent the last two years training in Japan at theInoki Genome Federation, created by WWE Hall of Famer and Wrestling legend Antonio Inoki. Bin commented on his signing with the following:

“It is an honor to be the first-ever Chinese talent in WWE history,” Wang said in a press statement. “There are no fans in the world that show the same passion as the WWE Universe, and I look forward to training and developing my skills so I can perform for them in the future.”
