TNA Bound For Glory Going Head To Head With Returning WWE Backlash



The current plan for this year’s TNA Bound For Glory is for the show to air on pay-per-view on the 15th anniversary of 9/11. That will be a tough night for TNA because WWE has Backlash listed on their schedule for that date so it would be one of those rare times when WWE and TNA are head-to-head on the same night. Backlash will be a WWE Network exclusive and will be a Smackdown-branded show. In a positive light, People in TNA are thrilled with the numbers for this past Tuesday’s Impact Wrestling show for #TheFinalDeletion. As noted before, they pulled in over 400,000 viewers. We’ll see if the buzz surrounding TNA right now carries over into next week’s show. The Hardy’s already have new merchandise up on Pro Wrestling Tees and there’s even a t-shirt for Senor Benjamin. Senor Benjamin is actually Reby Sky’s father.
