Blomberg.com is reporting that WWE is being sued by several former Superstars. The lawsuit claims that the company hid long-term effects of brain injuries.
Other than a match at the One Night Stand show in 2005 and a few dark matches, Rotten was never under a long-term WWE deal. There are other names in the lawsuit that had very brief tenures with WWE while others were with the company for several years.
The suit claims that WWE “placed corporate gain over its wrestlers’ health, safety and financial security, choosing to leave the plaintiffs severely injured and with no recourse to treat their damaged minds and bodies.”

WWE sent the following statement in regards to the lawsuit filed on Monday morning in New Haven, CT:
“This is another ridiculous attempt by the same attorney who has previously filed class action lawsuits against WWE, both of which have been dismissed. A federal judge has already found that this lawyer made patently false allegations about WWE, and this is more of the same. We’re confident this lawsuit will suffer the same fate as his prior attempts and be dismissed.”
