*SPOILERS* Former Champion Makes NXT Debut

WWE has once again jumped the gun & spoiled yet another debut for NXT. As done with stars like Austin Aries & Shinsuke Nakamura, WWE posted a video to their Twitter account showing of a recent debut at tonight’s tapings.

Former TNA World Champion Eric Young made his NXT debut at tonight’s tapings from Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida. The tapings are still in progress, but a live correspondent says EY answered an open challenge by the new NXT Champion (and fellow TNA alum) Samoa Joe.

Both Young and Bobby Roode left TNA Wrestling departed TNA Wrestling earlier this month after over a decade with the company. Roode made a surprise appearance at NXT Takeover: Dallas and was shown ringside watching the action.

WWE is reportedly interested in bringing both men in as “player coaches,” which would see them working NXT events as well as training up and coming talent at the WWE Performance Center.
