Here are the results of EVOLVE 88 and 89 from July 8 to July 9, 2017.


EVOLVE 88:

Jason Kincaid defeated Caleb Konley

Before ACH Vs. Austin Theory started, ACH talked about how he should be in the main events and not on the lower card as he decided not to wrestle right now as he left. In his place, PWX’s Ethan Case wrestled instead.

Ethan Case defeated Austin Theory w/ Priscilla Kelly

Keith Lee defeated “All Ego” Ethan Page

After the match, Timothy Thatcher and Tracy Williams came in as Stokely Hathaway told them to beat them both down. Darby Allin then made the save to Keith Lee as Timothy Thatcher and Tracy Williams retreated from the ring as the next match happened next.

“Hot Sauce” Tracy Williams defeated Darby Allin

Fred Yehi then came out and told that he was supposed to face Trent Baretta tonight, but isn’t here due to an elbow infection. He then said that he has an open contract now which led to ACH coming out. ACH told Fred Yehi to put his EVOLVE Championship shot on the line in which Fred Yehi accepted.

Fred Yehi defeated ACH

Workhorses (Anthony Henry & James Drake) defeated Doom Patrol (Chris Dickinson & Jaka) to become the new EVOLVE Tag Team Champions

Zack Sabre Jr. defeated Timothy Thatcher in a No Holds Barred match to retain the EVOLVE Championship

After the match, Zack Sabre Jr. praised Timothy Thatcher for his performance and respect him because of that. However, when he won the EVOLVE Championship from him, he never got respect so he gave Timothy Thatcher a chance to do that at this very moment. Timothy Thatcher then handed the EVOLVE Championship to Zack Sabre Jr. out of respect as he left.


EVOLVE 89:

Timothy Thatcher defeated Darby Allin

ACH defeated “All Ego” Ethan Page

After the match, both men fist bump with each other as ACH talked about how good he is and how people actually like his matches, but had to wrestle Ethan Page because he’s special. He then said that Ethan Page won’t get on camera crying because he loves this business.

Jason Kincaid defeated Jon Davis

Keith Lee Vs. “Hot Sauce” Tracy Williams ended in a no contest.

Stokely Hathaway and Doom Patrol came down to the ring as they’re ready to claim the open contract for the EVOLVE Tag Team Championships against Workhorses where Chris Dickinson wants a rematch for the titles which led to Ugly Ducklings coming out. Coach Mikey then said that Altanta, Georgia, knows who they are as he introduced Ugly Ducklings where they signed the contract. Jaka then gave the contract to Stokely Hathaway and the title match becomes a three way.

Workhorses (Anthony Henry & James Drake) defeated Ugly Ducklings (Lance Lude & Rob Killjoy) and Doom Patrol (Chris Dickinson & Jaka) to retain the EVOLVE Tag Team Championships

After the match, Doom Patrol attacked Ugly Ducklings where Coach Mikey carried them out.

Austin Theory defeated Trent Baretta

Zack Sabre Jr. defeated Fred Yehi to retain the EVOLVE Championship

After the match, Zack Sabre Jr. praised Fred Yehi for his performance and that he’ll be a future EVOLVE Champion as he left. Fred Yehi then said that this year has been his year because of the fans. Even though he lost, he’s going to train and work harder than ever before so the next time he comes to Atlanta, Georgia, he will walk out victorious.
